Pratibha Ind' signs JV pact with Austrian firm 'OSTU-STETTIN Hochu'

Mumbai, June 26 (UNI) Pratibha Industries Ltd has signed a joint venture agreement with OSTU-STETTIN Hochu, an Austrian firm that specializes in tunnelling and is considered as the third largest across the world in executing tunnelling projects.

Following this joint venture, Pratibha Industries proposes to submit tenders for new tunnelling projects jointly with OSTU-STETTIN across India under various Governments, semi-Government and Private bodies and for obtaining the construction award thereafter, said a Pratibha release here.

There have also been some significant developments in the company.

They signed some major contracts in the last quarter of the previous financial year, which included Water supply Project for NMMC at Rs 201 crore, proposed Shopping Mall at Mulund for Nirmal Lifestyle Rs 70 crore and RCC road for Indore Development Authority Rs 43 crore.
