'Andhra Ratna Bhavan' to get a facelift

Vijayawada, Jun 26 (UNI) The city Congress party office 'Andhra Ratna Bhavan' will be renovated to meet growing demands, City Congress President P Sominaidu said today.

Talking to newspersons here, he said the city committee proposed to reconstruct the party office with all modern facilities.

Mr Naidu said the new three-storyed building, besides a cellar and ground floor would have a commercial complex.

He said the new office would have all modern faclities. The third floor with a capacity to seat 1200, would be used for party meeting.

He said the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee had given permission for the proposed construction.
