36 pilgrims injured as trunk overturns in HP

Mandi, June 26 (UNI) At least 36 pilgrims were injured, three of them seriously, after a truck they were travelling in overturned at Slapper on the National Highway 21 last night, police said today.

The vehicle was on its way to Manikaran from Punjab when the accident occurred.

Police said the injured have been admitted to Civil Hospital at Sunderngar and Mandi towns of the district.
