Premananda Swamiji visits his ailing sister
Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu, June 25 (UNI) Incarcerated godman Premananda Swamiji, today visited his ailing sister in the Premananda Ashram, amidst tight security at Mela Pachchakudi village here this evening.
The controversial godman, who has been undergoing double life sentences on charges of murder and rape, was lodged in the Cuddalore central prision.
According to prison sources, he was granted leave to visit his ailing younger sister R Thiruganana Sundari (45). He is granted six days parole.
Under tight security, he was permited in the Ashram but the devotees were not allowed to see him. Similarly, the media also was denied entry into the Ashram..
