Monsoon active in Andhra pradesh

Hyderabad, Jun 25 (UNI) Isolated rain occurred at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema regions today.

According to a release from the Met Office the chief amounts of rainfall recorded in cm are Tekkali 4, Ongole, Metpalli, Palasa, Rajahmundry 3 each, Jurala Project, Kandukur 2 each and Dowlaiswaram and Peddapuram, Kaleswaram and Manthani, Khanapur and Luxettipet, Kodangal, Pargi, Repalle one each.

Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema.
