Mittal, Arcelor agree on revised offer: sources

London, June 25 : Mittal Steel has informally agreed with Arcelor on a revised offer to buy the Luxembourg-based steelmaker, said sources familiar with the matter on Sunday.

Mittal plans to formally ratify the improved terms at a board meeting on Sunday and an announcement from the companies is expected later on Sunday, the sources said.
