Magic Foods to launch 'Insta Magic Triple Joy'

Chennai, Jun 25 (UNI) The Coimbatore based Magic Foods India Private Limited, today announced the launch of "Insta Magic Triple Joy" which can be relished as snack, noodles and soup.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr D K Gupta, heading Magic Foods, a part of the six-decade old Coimbatore Roller Flour Mills, said the new product was formulated with all the richness of wheat, protein and aroma of natural ingredients to integrate tastes with hygiene.

Seventy five gms of Insta Magic Triple Joy, packed in biodegradable metallic wrapper with three tastebuilders, was priced at Rs 10. "The flexibility of the product is something unique," he said adding, the tastebuilders were developed with Japanese technology He said Tamil Nadu consumed 500 metric tonnes of noodles a month and Magic Foods was aiming to capture 10 to 20 per cent of the market. "The three-in-one unique product will soon be launched in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka," he said. After consolidating its position in the south, the company would hit the markets in north with more products, he said.

Mr Gupta said the company, which had the capacity to produce 360 tonnes of noodles a month was confident of facing the stiff competition posed by the multinationals in the noodles sector.

He also announced the launch of Spicy Masala. The company would launch Atta next month and come out with different variants in noodles next year.
