Arcelor board accepts Mittal's revised offer-source

LONDON, June 25 (Reuters) The board of steel maker Arcelor has unanimously accepted a revised offer from Mittal which values Arcelor at around 40.4 euros per share, a source familiar with the situation told Reuters on Sunday.

''The deal has been agreed,'' the source said, adding that further details are expected to made public shortly.

Mittal declined comment. Arcelor was not immediately reachable for comment.
