Man shot dead over land dispute

Gonda, June 23 (UNI) Armed miscreants allegedly shot dead a man and wounded two others over a land dispute in Motiganj area here.

Police today said Madhav Ram Verma, Avdhesh and Amrish were shot at last night in Rajgarh bazaar locality.

They were rushed to district hospital, where Madhav succumbed to his injuries. A case had been registered in this regard.

No arrest had so far been made, police informed.
