School girl commits suicide

Dharwad, June 22 (UNI) A 15-year-old girl has allegedly committed suicide by consuming pesticide as her parents did not allow her to go to school.

Police said Shanta Kittur took the extreme step three days ago at Garag village in the district. She was rushed to the district hospital here, where she succumbed last night.
