Rajesh Exports bags export order worth Rs 231 crore from Singapore
Mumbai, June 22 (UNI) Rajesh Exports has secured an export order worth Rs 231 crore of 22-carat designer jewellery from M/s. Gold Star Jewellery, Singapore.
Announcing this, a Company release quoting its Chairman Rajesh Mehta said today that on past experience of its successful execution, the Company had received an export order from the same importer.
It also bagged an order from Canara Bank to supply 47,400 gold coins. The 47,400 gold coins are to be presented to banks employees on the occasion of the bank's centenary celebrations. The Company believes that it has secured this prestigious order based on the Companys superior manufacturing capabilities.
He said that this order proved the ability of the Company to supply high quality gold products at competitive rates. This order also gains prominence as the Company has secured the order by competing with the most prominent players in gold industry.The other bidders were India Government mint, MMTC, Titan Industries etc.
While informing about the Companys financial position, he said that the Companys current order book position is at Rs 11.34 billion. He further informed that these orders would be executed at the Companys manufacturing facility at Bangalore, which is the worlds largest state-of-the-art jewellery manufacturing facility spread over 12 acres of land with a built up area of 5,00,000 sq.ft.
