Prosecution drops plea on narco test on Rahul
New Delhi, Jun 22: A special court today adjourned hearing till June 24 on the Delhi Police application to conduct brain mapping tests on Rahul Mahajan in connection with the drug abuse case which led to the death of his father's personal secretary Bibek Moitra.
The court of special judge S N Gupta also adjourned hearing, till Saturday, on a plea by Rahul Mahajan that he be allowed to go to Mumbai, where he originally stayed.
The court has fixed June 24 for hearing on both the issues.
Earlier, Rahul moved the court on the issue stating that he had been asked to vacate the bunglow allotted to his father Pramod Mahajan by July 7.
Meawhile, the prosecution today dropped its plea on being allowed to conduct narco analysis test on Rahul, for the time being, stating it could affect his health at this stage.
The court would hear on June 24, police's plea on conducting brain mapping tests alone.
