Opening session of third Test washed out, play to start after lunc

Bassetterre, St Kitts, Jun 22 (UNI) Play on the first day of the third Test would start at 1230 hrs local time as the opening session was washed out owing to the wet ground conditions rendered by heavy downpour in last night and early this morning.

Lunch would be taken at 1150 hrs and play would start after. In order to make up for the lost time, it was decided that the second session would be of two and half hours with tea break scheduled at 1500 hrs.

The last session would also extend by half an hour.
