Naidu alleges irregularities in the voters list
Hyderabad, June 22 (UNI) Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N Chandrababu Naidu today said the party would face the civic polls in the state while fighting against alleged 'injustice and irregualrities' Addressing a press conference at party office here following the High Court Division Bench Judgement quashing the Single Judge Judgement on the Election Commission Notification, he said clear instructions had already been issued to the party workers and the leaders to ensure victory at the hustings.
Alleging that the government had committed irregularities in the voters list to abet bogus voting, he said the trend had begun right from the MPTC reorganisation and lasted upto the withdrawal of nominations.
He complained that despite the TDP's complaints, the government had not rectified the mistakes .
He further alleged that the government had deleted the names of the TDP workers and sympathisers from the voter's list The civic polls are scheduled to be held on June 28 and July two.
