Man arrested on charges of kidnapping, rape

New Delhi, June 22 (UNI) Police have arrested a 28-year-old man on charges of kidnapping, rape and criminal intimidation from East Delhi.

Police said Saleem had kidnapped a 17-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her yesterday. He was arrested the same evening.

Medical examination of the victim had confirmed sexual assault, police added.
