Decision to disinvest from EPIL reversed: Cabinet

New Delhi, June 22 : The government today reversed the NDA regime's decision to go for disinvestment in the Engineering Projects India (EPI) as the previously loss-making public sector company had started booking profits.

The decision against disinvestment was taken at a Cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Finance Minister P Chidambaram told reporters.
