Baig condemns Sopore blast, visits injured in the hospital

Srinagar, June 22 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister, Muzaffar Hussain Baig has strongly condemned today's grenade blast at Sopore, in which two persons were killed and injured about twenty-five people.

He termed the incident ''unfortunate and barbaric''.

On hearing about the incident, Mr Baig, who was on a day's visit to Baramulla, rushed to Sopore and visited the Sub-district hospital, Sopore, where the injured have been admitted. He also reviewed the situation with senior officers of district administration.
