Three nabbed for cheating in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, June 21 (UNI) The city police today arrested three persons for allegedly duping one person here.

The sources in Shahupuri police station said that the complainant Girish Kulkarani, in his complaint, stated that the trio -- Sanjay Gidwani, Salman Shahpure and Vinod Mane, all from Sangli -- accepted money from him by falsely promising him to provide a job in an airline.

Later in the day, they were presented before a local court, which remanded them to the police custody for three days.
