RBI's rupee ref rate one paise down at 45.92 per USD

Mumbai, June 21 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 45.92 per US dollar, one paise down from the previous rate of 45.91, an official spokesperson here said.
