Rains lash Kolhapur

Kolhapur, June 21 (UNI) The rains, accompanied by lightning and gusty winds, lashed the city and its suburbs this evening.

Fire brigade and police sources said that several incidents of trees being uprooted and roofs of houses being flown were reported from the suburbs and some other parts of the district.

However, no one was injured in the rain-related incidents, the sources added.
