Raids on cop's houses yield rich haul
Hyderabad, Jun 21 (UNI) Sleuths of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today raided the properties of Ramachandrapuram Sub-Divisional Police Officer P Seshagiri Rao and his son-in-law disproportionate assets worth case.
On a tip off, the ACB personnel conducted simultaneous raids on Mr Rao's quarters at BHEL and his residence in Secunderabad.
His son-in-law's house here was also raided.
The disproportionate assets include 10 plots in Ranga Reddy District, a house in Bowenpally in Secunderabad, 1.19 acre of land at Patencheru in Medak District, a car, scooter, 30 tola gold ornaments, cash Rs 23,000 and insurances/fixed deposits worth Rs 9.65 lakh.
