Pakistani decor for display in India from tomorrow
New Delhi, June 21 (UNI) Pakistani handicrafts and furniture will be displayed and available for sale at a four-day internationl furniture fair beginning tomorrow at Pragati Maidan here.
Pakistani players like Warsi Impex, Village Handicrafts and Zarf will display their collection of traditional and antiquated style of furniture in the sixth ZAK Interior Exterior Expo 2006&International Furniture Fair.
Apart from Indian brands like Godrej Perfect Homes, Grand Furniture Mall and Classique Collection, the 'Made in Pakistan Pavilion' will be the highlight of the event.
''Through this exhibition we intend to bridge the gap between Indian and Pakistani decor. Providing the Indian audiences with never before seen products from across the border,'' ZAK Trade Fairs&Exhibitions Managing Director and Chairman Syed Zakir Ahmad said here.
Over 100 reputed furniture and interior design manufacturers and imported products from Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, China and Pakistan will be on display at the expo.
The 'Zak Interior Exterior and International Furniture Fair' is a unique platform to display an array of services and products. This exhibition strives to cover the minutest detail of what one needs in order to design their home.
The expo's portfolio will include a collection of home and bathroom accessories, furniture (antique, garden, home, office, traditional/modular), floorings and beddings, interior designer and consultants, lamps and lighting.
