Nine people killed in plane crash in Nepal
Kathmandu, June 21 (UNI) Nine people, including three crew members, were killed in a plane crash in western Nepal today.
According to media reports here, a twin engine Otter plane of Yeti Airways crashed today morning while trying to land at Jumla airport.
The plane carrying food stuffs to Jumla had taken off from Nepalganj.
Technical problems are said to be responsible for the crash.
Jumla is situated at more than 9000 feet and can only be accessed or supplied by air.
