KSU takes out DDE office march

Kozhikode, June 21 (UNI) Activists of the pro-Congress Kerala Students Union (KSU) today took out a march to the office of the Deputy Director of Education (DDE) here in protest against the alleged police atrocities on Youth Congress workers at Thiruvananthapuram recently.

The march inaugurated by DCC president M Veerankutty was stopped by the police at the main gate.

The protesters allegedly pelted stones at a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation bus at Nadakkav, smashing its window panes, police said.
