Hot and humid weather in MP

Bhopal, June 21 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh continued to experience hot and humid weather although some parts received scattered drizzle.

Gwalior recorded 42 degrees Celsius, while temperature in other parts varied between 38-39 degrees C.

The meteorological department predicted light rainfall in all divisions of the state in next 24 hours.

The overnight weather was dry in the state.

The state capital witnessed a cloudy weather but rainfall remained elusive with residents experiencing heat and humidity. A maximum temperature of 38 degrees C, two notches above normal, was recorded.

A cloudy weather and light rainfall is expected tomorrow.
