Governor, CM condole death of Vikas Panwar

Shimla, Jun 21 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Governor V S Kokje, and Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, today condoled the death of Vikas Panwar, a Hindustan Times journalist, who met with an accident near Dawada in Mandi district yesterday evening.

In his condolence message, the Governor prayed the Almighty to give peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said that Vikas Panwar, during his journalistic career, had made a mark and contributed a lot to the profession.

The officers and officials of Department Information and Public Relations have condoled the sudden demise of Panwar.

A condolence meeting was held.

Director Dinesh Malhotra, said that the State has lost an energetic and devoted young journalist who was committed towards his profession.
