Court allows nomination withdrawal: case posted to tomorrow

Hyderabad, June 21 (UNI) In a breather to the Andhra Pradesh Government the division bench of the High Court today allowed withdrawal of nominations for the Local Body Election and posted for tomorrow the appeal of the State Election Commission and the State Government for the suspension of the Single Judge decision on the election process to the Local Bodies in the State.

The Division Bench with Chief Justice Singhvi and Justice Sitapathy Rao ordered that the process for withdrawal, today being the last day, will continue in the wake of non-availability of the orders of the Single Judge passed yesterday.

The Bench ordered for making availability, the copy of the Single Judge Judgement and posted the case for tomorrow to take a decision on it.
