Azad condemns Ganderbal grenade attack
Srinagar, June 21 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has strongly condemned the grenade attack on a passenger bus at Behama in Ganderbal area today in which five people were injured.
Expressing shock over the ''inhuman'' act, Mr Azad conveyed his sympathies to the injured and prayed for their early recovery.
He also directed the authorities concerned to provide relief and free medical treatment to them.
Meanwhile, the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir sanctioned a relief of Rs 5000 each in favour of the injured.
On the directions of the Chief Minister, he visited the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura here to enquire about the welfare of the injured.
