Stolen property recovered

New Delhi, June 20 (UNI) Four men who made off with a delivery van carrying 122 DVD sets from Lajpat Rai Market here on Friday have been arrested and the stolen property recovered, police said today.

The accused, Suresh Kumar, Sheel Kumar, Sunil Gabrial Prasad and Dilip Mahato, were arrested following investigation into the mobile phone records of the van driver. One of the accused had made a call from his mobile phone at the time of crime.

A fifth accused is still on the run.

The five had robbed the driver after making him believe that they were sales tax officials. They led him to an isolated spot before dumping him and making off with the consignment.
