Sheikh Hasina to visit India from tomorrow

Dhaka, June 20 (UNI) Bangladesh opposition leader Sheikh Hasina will arrivs in India on a five-day visit beginning tomorrow.

Sheikh Hasina will visit Ajmir Sharif to offer prayers at the shrine of Hazrat Khawja Moin-ud-din Chisti.

After visiting Delhi, she would travel to Kolkata on June 23 to receive the prestigious Mother Teresa Award on June 24 at Centenary Hall at the Calcutta University.

The award is likely to be presented by, UPA chairperson and Congress persident Sonia Gandhi.

Former Indian Prime Minister V P Singh and the Governors of West Bengal and Tripura Gopal Krishna Gandhi and D N Sahaya respectively, are scheduled to be present at the award giving ceremony.

The visiting leader will be accompanied by parliamentarians Abdur Razzaq, Tofail Ahmed, Kazi Zafrullah, Syed Abul Hossain, Saber Hossain Chowdhury.
