Progress Sonic product ranked first in ESB

Hyderabad, Jun 20 (UNI)The Progress Software Corporation,supplier of leading technology to develop, deploy, integrate and manage business applications, today anounced that its Progres Sonic ESB(Enterprise Service Bus) segment of Gartner Dataquest's latest report on the worldwide application intergration and middleware(AIM) market.

The Gartner Dataquest report noted that the ESB markert expanded more significantly in 2005 than any other AIM segment with 160.7 percent revenue growth. Revenues for Sonic ESB increased from 8.7 million dollars to 18.5 milllion dollars in 2005 an increase by over 113 percent, said Gordon Van LLuizen, vice-president of Sonic Products, told reporters .

Over 300 of the world's most demanding enterprise and government customers rely on Sonic ESB as the backbone of their SOA implementations, including American Red Cross, Auto Trader, Bank of America BAA Heatthrow, city of Washington .
