Man hacked to death

Thrissur, June 20 (UNI) A man, accused in several cases including that of the murder of a BJP worker, was hacked to death at Koorikkuzhy by an unidentified gang, reportedly belonging to a rival group of goondas, within the Mathilakom police station limits in the district today.

The deceased, Aneesh(28), was the first accused in the murder of BJP activist Sreenath at Chenthrappini.

He was also an accused in several other cases and was on bail, police said.
