HMT International to set up IZTC in Harare

Mumbai, June 20 (UNI) HMT International Ltd, the wholly owned Subsidiary of the public sector HMT Ltd based in Bangalore would set up Indo-Zimbabwe Technology Centre (IZTC) in Harare and India Technology Centre (ITC) in Bulawayo.

An Agreement to this effect was signed between HMT International Ltd and Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi today, the Company informed BSE.

Further, the company said the project valued at Rs 22.5 crore would be implemented under a grant from Government of India to Government of Zimbabwe and would pave the way for infrastructure development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Zimbabwe.
