GAIL donates Rs 4.5 lakh

Rajahmundry, Jun 20 (UNI) Under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) donated Rs 4.5 lakh to K V State Home for Women and Children for upgrading its building and other facilities, a company release said.

GAIL Deputy General Manager Narendra Kumar said GAIL was committed to uplift of society.

Gail was already engaged in providing continuing assistance for developmental activities in the thrust areas like infrastructure, community development, drinking water, sanitation and educational aids, the release said yesterday.
