EXCLUSIVE-Mittal CEO says no meeting with Arcelor CEO

NEW YORK, June 20 (Reuters) Mittal Steel Chief Executive Officer Lakshmi Mittal on Tuesday told Reuters there was no meeting planned with Arcelor CEO Guy Dolle,, with both in New York attending a steel industry conference.

''There's no meeting planned,'' Mittal told Reuters on the sidelines of the Steel Success Strategies conference. Mittal has been pursuing a hostile bid for Arcelor; the two companies, however, have been holding settlement talks in recent days.
