CII, Adequate, to hold workshops on ISO 10015 system in July

New Delhi, June 20 (UNI) The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in association with Adequate, the academy for quality in training and education in Geneva, will organise a series of workshops on ISO 10015 training quality management system, next month The workshops will be held in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore in July and will be facilitated by Dr Lichia Yiu and Dr Raymond Saner, Registered Lead Auditors for 10015, a statement issued here said.

Based on action learning principles, the workshop will consist of two modules for senior executives and HR professionals.

Adequate is a division of CSEND with the mandate to provide ISO 10015 certification and registration services and conducts training workshops for ISO auditors and HR professionals on introductory and advanced professional development programmes.

The ISO 10015 quality standard for training is a relatively new ISO quality standard organised around two key principles -- helping organisations identify performance gaps and ensuring that the process used to address the performance gap is done adequately and appropriately.
