Arcelor CEO says in valuation talks with Mittal

NEW YORK, June 20 (Reuters) Arcelor and Mittal Steel have been in high-level valuation talks for the last 10 days related to Mittal's hostile bid for Arcelor, Arcelor Chief Executive Guy Dolle said on Tuesday.

Dolle made the comments in a press briefing at a steel conference in New York.
