Amandeep Johl gets sponsor's invitation for Japan Golf Tour C'ship

Tokyo, June 20 (UNI) Amandeep Johl and his Asian Tour colleagues Mardan Mamat of Singapore and Swiss Martin Rominger have been extended sponsors' invitation for next week's UBS Japan Golf Tour Championship.

The 1.3 million dollar tournament will be played from June 29-July 2 over the 7,030-yard West Course at Shishido Hills Country Club, located in Ibaraki Prefecture about 90 minutes northeast of Tokyo.

Apart from Johl, UBS Order of Merit leader Jeev Milkha Singh will be in the fray, as will be defending Order of Merit champion Thaworn Wiratchant, Liang Wen-chong, Chawalit Plaphol and Thammanoon Srirot.
