The Imphal-Tamei road, which was completely cut off, had some semblance of movement today as the roads were cleared. Heavy vehicles were, however, not plying on the route.
According to Met officials, there was no rainfall for the past 24 hours and was not expected in coming weeks.
The day recorded a minimum of 23.2 degrees Celcius and a maximum of 30.2 degrees Celcius.
