Indchemie gets approval for soft gelatin unit from TGA, Australia

Mumbai, June 19 (UNI) Australia-based Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has approved the soft gelatin unit of Indchemie Health Specialities Pvt Ltd.

The soft gelatin unit, located at Daman, was audited by the TGA and approval achieved in record time, putting Indchemie in a special league, a company release issued here today said.

Indchemie plans to utilise this approval for filing few niche drug products available in soft gelatin formulation in the regulated markets of Europe and, US which are getting off patent in coming years and the company hopes to receive approvals for this soft gelatin unit also from UKMHRA and USFDA soon, the release added.
