Chargesheet submitted against BPSC Chief
Patna, June 19 (UNI) The State Vigilance Investigation Bureau today submitted a chargesheet against Bihar Public Service commission (BPSC) chairman Dr Ram Singhasan Singh and four other officials before a special court here in a case of cheating, forgery and corruption.
The chargesheet was submitted before the Special Vigilance Judge of Patna under the various sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Prevention of Corruption(PC) Act.
The case was related to irregularties committed in recommendation of candidates for appointment in grade-II employees of Animal Husbandry Services of Bihar during 2004 to 2005.
All the accused are already in jail in connection with the present case and in another cases of corruption.
