4 killed, 14 hurt as bus overturns

Pondicherry, June 19 (UNI) Four persons were killed on the spot and 14 injured when a Tamil Nadu Government bus overturned at Karaikal this afternoon.

According to reports reaching headquarters here, the driver of the bus coming to Chidambaram from Nagapatinam lost control when it reached Karaikal and the vehicle overturned.

The injured were admitted to the Government General Hospital at Karaikal.

The deceased were yet to be identified.
