Ronaldo starts, Australia make three changes
MUNICH, Germany, June 18 (Reuters) Brazil named an unchanged lineup including the struggling Ronaldo for their second World Cup Group F match against Australia at Munich today.
The world champions stuck with the same team that beat Croatia 1-0 in their opening match while Australia made three changes to the side that defeated Japan 3-1.
Ronaldo, who scored twice in the 2-0 2002 World Cup final win over Germany, was substituted to boos against Croatia and later had tests for dizziness and headaches. He was cleared as fit by medical experts.
Midfielders Tim Cahill, who scored twice against Japan, and Mile Sterjovski and defender Tony Popovic were all promoted to the starting lineup.
Striker Harry Kewell and midfielders Marco Bresciano and Luke Wilkshire were demoted to the bench.
