Injured Neville misses out again at training

BUHLERTAL, Germany, June 18 (Reuters) England defender Gary Neville missed the start of training today and is a real injury doubt for their final World Cup Group B game against Sweden.

Neville, who picked up a calf injury in training last Wednesday in Nuremberg and missed all of yesterday's session, was getting massage treatment in a pitchside tent.

The rest of the England squad began the session at their Buhlertal training ground, which was open to the media for the first 15 minutes.

Nevile missed their 2-0 win over Trinidad&Tobago and his replacement on Thursday, Jamie Carragher, is expected to stand in again at right back on Tuesday against the Swedes in Cologne.

England are already through to the second round, after their opening 1-0 win over Paraguay and need only a point to finish top of the group.
