Body of a polling personnel recovered

Samastipur, Jun 18 (UNI) The body of a polling personnel, who was for some time, was recovered today from Hakimabad under Mufassil police station in the district, police said.

Ajay Kumar was missing sicne June 12 last.

Police said the body was recovered from the bank of a river.

The appointment letter of his poll duty of recently panchayat election at Marauna village under Supaul district, was recovered from the deceased.

Mr Kumar was posted as assistant clerk under Kosi project at Nirmali.
