Azad condemns Neoch incident
Srinagar, Jun 18 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has expressed deep anguish on the brutal killing and chopping off organs of civilians by ''some elements'' at Neoch in Mahore area of Udhampur district on the night of June 14.
''This behaviour depicts how stone-hearted these elements must be. They do not have any respect for human values,'' Mr Azad said in a statement here while condemning the act strongly.
He conveyed his sympathies to the affected families describing the act totally ''inhuman''.
The act has also been condemned strongly by all state ministers and large number of people from various shades of opinion.
A 65-year-old was killed and body parts of 13 other villagers chopped off by unidentified gunmen at Donga Neoch village in Udhampur district of Jammu region on Wednesday night.
