Lalu files his foreign tour programme in CBI court

Patna June 17 (UNI) Railway Minister Lalu Prasad today filed the original copy of his foreign tour programme in the designated court hearing the multi crore rupee fodder scam.

Earlier, on June 13, Mr Prasad had sought permission for his foreign tour by filing a petition before the special CBI judge Munilal Paswan. A photo copy of the tour programme was also filed along with the petition.

The court had directed Mr Prasad to file the original copy of his foreign tour programme by June 20.

The counsel informed the court that Mr Prasad would lead a delegation of Indian Railways which would visit diffirent countries from June 23 to July 8.

The matter would be heard on June 19.
