Internet facility in Madrassas promised

Bettiah (Bihar), Jun 17 (UNI) Union Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singh today announced that all madrassas in the country would be interlinked with internet connection.

Besides internet facility, several other steps would be taken for development and protection of the madrassas after the report of the expert committee constituted by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh was received, he said after laying the foundation of a girls' hostel for a madrassa at Chemra village in West Champaran district.
