Gill's suitcase forces Chhattisgarh plane to return

Jagdalpur, June 17 (UNI) A Chhattisgarh government aircraft was forced to return here from Raipur as state security advisor K P S Gill's suitcase was left behind in the plane.

Mr Gill arrived here along with state Chief Secretary R P Bagai to take part in a meeting over the Naxalite problem yesterday but his suitcase was left behind in the plane, sources said.

The aircraft had left for the state capital. Later, it was realised that the suitcase was left behind in the airplane.

The incident shocked senior bureaucrats, who immediately contacted Raipur.

The aircraft had to come back here from Raipur to bring the suitcase, the sources added.
