Collector holds parleys on civic polls

Pondicherry, Jun 17 (UNI) Pondicherry Collector and District Election Officer Theva Neethi Das today convened an all party-meeting to discuss and ensure a fair and peaceful civic polls in the union territory.

Representatives of the Congress, DMK, AIADMK, PMC, CPI(M), PMK, MDMK, senior police officals and election observers participated in the meeting.

All aspects pertaining to the smooth conduct of the elections were discussed.
